Ray worked in the UK for over 10 years, including as an associate in the corporate departments of KPMG’s legal office and Ince & Co, both major City of London law firms. He subsequently worked as a partner and Head of Corporate law at a London law firm before moving to his present postion.

Ray graduated in Management Sciences from the University of Manchester, before taking a further degree in law at the College of Law, Chester, which he passed with “commendation.” He qualified as a solicitor in 1996.

Ray has experience in a wide range of corporate transactions, for clients from around the world, including USA, various European countries, Israel and beyond. His work includes multi-million pound international mergers and acquisitions; acting for investors and investee companies in a range of corporate finance and private equity transactions; joint venture agreements and a wide range of varied corporate transactions. Ray has significant experience in advising media and international technology clients on transactions involving technology transfer both national and international, and intellectual property rights, licensing, distributorship and various other agreements.

Ray's clients include banks, financial and institutional clients; international sports stars; media agencies and technology corporations and high net worth individuals. He is experienced at negotiating joint ventures, partnerships and shareholders agreements; and regularly assists clients with advice on international trade and in contracts for the supply and distribution of goods and services.

Ray is married with two children and lives in Israel.
