
Hadie is a qualified UK Lawyer who undertook her training at the City of London office of a top national firm and qualified as a solicitor in its Competition Group.
Hadie studied Law at Oxford University (St Catherine’s College) and was awarded a college scholarship after achieving a distinction in her first year exams. Hadie graduated overall with a 2:1 degree.
Hadie has gained experience in a wide range of disputes including assisting on a major European Commission leniency application involving dealings between significant international companies in various European and non-European jurisdictions. Hadie has particular experience in the disciplinary field and has assisted with a number of disciplinary actions against a whole range of medical professionals. She has also gained experience in complicated clinical negligence claims as well as asbestos-related employer liability claims and is skilled at preparing cases for hearing.
Hadie’s recent litigation experience includes assisting on a serious and complex fraud matter involving different international jurisdictions and a UK proceeds of crime investigation. She has gained separate and valuable experience of the criminal law side of both fraud and proceeds of crime investigations.
Hadie is also interested in property law and construction law and has worked on large scale developments. She enjoys drafting and negotiating and has a keen interest in regulatory and administrative law.
Hadie lives in Jerusalem with her husband and their children.
