
Dalya is a qualified UK Lawyer and moved to Israel in 2009. She trained at a top UK national firm in their London office.
Dalya studied law and graduated with a First from the University of Manchester where she was awarded prizes both in landlord and tenant law and family law.
Dalya has experience in a wide range of disputes including advising on international arbitration proceedings for breach of contract and shareholder disputes, advising on a case of fraud perpetrated through multiple companies in various jurisdictions and assisting in a multi-million pound settlement between a company and the trustees to its pension fund. She has also advised companies and public sector bodies on a wide range of property litigation matters including professional negligence claims, the eviction of protestors and squatters and the relocation of protected tenants from development land.
Dalya has also gained experience in both transactional property and pensions law including in-house experience working for an international firm of investment consultants in their pension litigation unit.
Dalya now lives in Jerusalem.
